AHTD staff members attended the Grand Opening of the Delcambre Seafood & Farmers Market on June 1 (the rain date for the originally scheduled opening of May 11). More than 3,000 people from all around the state turned out for this event, which was a success by any measure. Vendor spots sold out before the event, as did many of the food items offered by vendors. Looking forward to the next Market, scheduled to take place in September.
