The annual Fishing for Memories Fishing Rodeo had its record year for number of anglers and amount of money raised for the Alzheimer’s Foundation. Held on AHTD property at the Intracoastal City Boat Launch, the event has grown each year. The AHTD had recently built a metal pavilion to shade activities such as the benefit auction, and this year added large fans under the pavilion to help cool attendees during the events.
